I’m Sierra—stylist, hair alchemist, and co-founder of Soulbound Sister Collective.
Before I ever picked up a color brush, I served as an air traffic controller in the military—a role that demanded focus, precision, and presence. That same attention to detail now lives in every cut, every formula, every moment I share behind the chair.
With over six years of experience, I specialize in lived-in blondes, dimensional color, curly cuts, and low-maintenance luxury. My passion lies in working with curls—honoring their unique movement and texture with care and intention. I use organic, New Hampshire-made color rich in clean ingredients because I believe beauty should never come at the cost of health.
My approach is deeply intuitive. I listen. I tailor. I create hair that reflects who you are and supports how you live. Whether we’re blending soft balayage, building shape through layers, or reimagining your entire look—my goal is always the same: for you to feel seen and deeply at home in yourself.

I’m a graduate of Empire Beauty School in Hooksett, but my true education has come from the people I’ve served and the transformations I’ve had the honor to create in Portsmouth, NH.
I specialize in transformational blondes, layered cuts, color corrections, and curly cuts. Whether we’re lifting years of box dye, shaping curls into something intentional, or building a soft, seamless blonde from the ground up—my work is all about helping you see yourself clearly and confidently. I don’t believe in rushing beauty. I believe in slowing down, listening, and building something that fits your lifestyle and brings out your natural energy.
