I’m Sierra - stylist, hair alchemist, and co-founder of Soulbound Sister Collective.

Before I ever picked up a color brush, I served as an air traffic controller in the military - a role that demanded focus, precision, and presence. That same attention to detail now lives in every cut, every formula, every moment I share behind the chair.

With over six years of experience, I specialize in lived-in blondes, dimensional color, curly cuts, and low-maintenance luxury. My passion lies in working with curls, honoring their unique movement and texture with care and intention. I use organic, New Hampshire-made color rich in clean ingredients because I believe beauty should never come at the cost of health.

My approach is deeply intuitive. I listen. I tailor. I create hair that reflects who you are and supports how you live. Whether we’re blending soft balayage, building shape through layers, or reimagining your entire look, my goal is always the same: for you to feel seen and deeply at home in yourself.

Soulbound is more than a salon - it’s a space of ritual and restoration. I’m proud to have helped create it, and even prouder to welcome you in.

I’m Ariel - stylist, artist, and co-founder of Soulbound Sister Collective.

I spent my early working career as an LNA where I learned the value of one-on-one connection. But, as soon as I realized that while I loved that connection, my heart needed a different kind of outlet- one that celebrates joy and transformation. Hair has always been my "home" in that regard. I grew up as the designated stylist to my 4 sisters and my mom; it was our way of bonding, and it's a craft that has always felt like second nature to me. Now, as the co-owner of Soulbound, I've turned that sister energy into a sanctuary for me and my clients here in Dover.

I specialize in transformational blondes, layered cuts, lived-in color and customizing your look so you always feel like the most authentic version of yourself. Whether we're navigating a major color correction, building a blonde from the ground up or finding a cut that works perfectly for you, I am always here to make you feel seen, heard and never rushed. My biggest tools behind the chair are intention, honesty and profound care. We built Soulbound because we believe that beauty shouldn't feel like a transaction; it should feel like a deep breath and a chance to see yourself clearly.

When I'm not in salon, you can find me leaning into the quiet joys of my life at home. I'm 27 years old and married to my high school bestie, and our world mostly revolves around our two cats, Peach and Toast, who truly feel like an extension of my heart. To recharge, you can find me with a crochet hook in hand, reading a novel or planning our next cruise.

Katie Ouimette

Hi, I’m Katelin, but you can call me Katie! I’ve been a hairstylist for 8 years, and I truly love what I do. My favorite part of this career is helping people leave my chair feeling like the best version of themselves. I specialize in highlights, dimensional reds, and face-framing layers, but I also love when a client is ready to go bold with vivid colors.

Outside of the salon, I’m married to my best friend, Cam, and together we have two sweet cats and our beautiful daughter, Robin, who we welcomed in March 2025. Family means everything to me, and I bring that same warmth and care into the relationships I build with my clients.
